What Type of security do you offer?
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the security protocol for CaddyShak
Golf on-line transactions. Messages between the e-commerce server
and the consumer's browser are automatically encrypted, or scrambled,
when sent and then decrypted, or unscrambled, when received. This
process prevents unauthorized persons from reading the data.
How to Order
Step 1
To order our products online simply click on the ADD TO CART Button
to add that item to your online shopping cart. You will then see
your shopping cart in the upper right area of your browser window.
You can view the contents of your CART or check out at this time.
The systems will provide the CHECKOUT screen that will either
ask you to log in if you have shopped with us before or to provide
your first and last name, your email address and a password that
you would like to use to access the systems and place your order.
The Next prompt is to select your billing area. After you select
the country that you are from, it brings up the billing inforamtion.
ALL RED FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN.
The system will prompt you if there are errors.
The Shopping Cart is then presented outlining the product/products
that you selected. You now chose your shipping method and it it
will automatically take you to the Credit Card Input screen. Enter
your data and confrim the payment method.
All shipping costs and applicable taxes are automatically calculated
according to your ordering region by the nGage system. For US
customers, please take note that the currency when ordering online
is in Canadian Funds and will be converted into US Funds by your
credit card company.
Step 2
Order Submission - having placed your order, all that's left
is to check out and finalize your order. Upon completion you are
e-mailed a copy of your receipt. You are not billed at this time.
Your credit card information is confirmed and a pre-authorization
is requested for the amount of your purchase.
Once your product/products are shipped, CaddyShak invoices and
processes the credit card for the amount of the order.
OFFLINE ORDERING
To order our products off-line you can:
1.) Follow through with our ONLINE ORDERING feature, completing
all details asked for. Simply print the document and fax it to
us at 403-257-6445.
2.) Call our toll-free number at 1-877-870-GOLF to pay by AMEX,
Mastercard or Visa.
