We have
received many of the same questions on the product, we have put
them online for your reference. If the question is asked, we will
post them.

1)
My recharger/flashlight will only light the flashlight and
not the fluorescent bulb?
The
recharger is powered by 4 AA batteries and it is important
that they are inserted into the recharger the proper way.
If they are inserted incorrectly, the fluorescent will not
light. The recharger has a diagram on the inside battery
compartment that indicates the proper direction for the
positive and negative ends of the batteries. Both batteries
need to be inserted in the same direction for each side.
Refer to the diagram on the recharger box for instructions.

2)
The batteries do not slide into the recharger very easily?
The
Recharger/Flashlight has two screws that hold the two sections
of the light together At manufacture time the screws may be tightened
a little too much. All you need is a Philips screwdriver to loosen
the screws a half turn or so and the batteries should now slide
into the recharger easier.
3)
How Does the GlowBall Work?
Expose
and rotate the ball underneath the ultraviolet flashlight light.
The first time you do charge the ball it will take 1 to 2 minutes.
Regularly renew the ball to its greatest glow by exposing it to
the ultraviolet light at convenient times like between holes or
when waiting to putt. Remember you can recharge the Glow Owl ball
thousands of times and it will only take 10 seconds.
4)
How far does it travel?
The
GlowOwl golf ball is a top grade US made ball. It feels and performs
like any other top grade ball. It is a two-piece 90 compression
ball.
5)
Why are different colored fairway markers used for night tournaments?
As
the GlowOwl ball travels normal distances, it is ideal to know
how far you are from the flag. The red markers are placed at 100
yards the clear at 150 yards and the blue at 200 yards from the
flag. The green fairway lights indicate 200 yards from the tee
on par 5's or the line for a blind tee shot.
6)
What's the best way to put with the GlowOwl night lighting flagstick
system?
Ideally
when putting have a playing partner tend the flag. The flagstick
has lights near its base that will illuminate the hole. To line
up your putt shine your flashlight from low to the ground down
the line of the putt. You will soon see any loose impediments,
break and or pitch marks. Before putting switch your flashlight
off so only the glowing ball and flagstick are illuminated.
7)
Why Protect your night vision?
Your
eyes will take roughly 5 minutes to adjust to the lack of light.
You may be surprised how much you can see in the dark. To protect
your night vision, never shine a flashlight toward your eyes.
The moonlight or ultraviolet light normally provides enough light
for you to see your club selection. When hitting the ball it is
recommended that you keep the area around the ball dark so the
contrast between the ball and the ground is greater making it
easier to see the ball. Remember each time you damage your night
vision it will take 5 minutes to recoup it again.
Don't
be caught In the dark again, play the GlowOwl ball and finish
your round.
